|Due to a new position being created in our Timor-Leste Country Office, the following position has been posted on the CARE Australia Website:
Title: Program Quality Unit Manager – International position
Country Office: CARE International Timor-Leste
Location: Based in Dili, with frequent travel to field locations
Position reports to: Assistant Country Director – Programs
Position Type: Fixed term – 6 months with the possibility of extension
CARE Australia is looking to fill the position of Program Quality Manager in Timor-Leste. The Program Quality Manager will use their demonstrated best practice in design, implementation and evaluation to continually improve CARE International in Timor-Leste’s programming. It will support the Country Director and Assistant Country Director Programs in the development of CARE’s long term programs, and with strategic partnerships with donors, international and national NGOs and government in Timor-Leste.
Your experience with the design and development of program strategies and complex project interventions, including familiarity with logical framework approaches will be highly valued. Your high level strategic thinking, analytical and financial management skills will be complemented by your ability to lead change through your proven leadership ability and strong people and capacity building skills.
