The Timor-Leste Country Coordination Mechanism
The Timor-Leste Country Coordination Mechanism (TL-CCM) is established as a mechanism of the national stakeholder constituencies for the three diseases in Timor-Leste, and in respond to the requirement and recommendations of the Global fund. Currently the secretariat of the Timor-Leste Country Coordinating Mechanism has the following vacant position:
Position Title : Executive Secretary
Location : Dili
Contract Period : 1 year contract with 3 month probationary period, possibility of a contract extension subject to satisfactory performance
The candidate must be a Timorese National and should have significant experience in administration/management, able to undertake translations in Tetum to English and vice versa, have proven liaison skills with a range of agencies and organizations, ability in undertaking consultations and meeting coordination/facilitation. The person must have a recognized tertiary qualification, and experience in the health sector would be an advantage. Candidates must be able to work independently and have good written and oral communications skills in Tetum and English. Language skills in Bahasa and Portuguese are an advantage.
